胶囊镜在不明原因腹痛中的应用

    摘 要 目的：重点研究和探讨胶囊镜在不明原因腹痛中的临床检出准确率。方法：收治不明原因腹痛患者60例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均经过胶囊镜检查(胶囊镜组)与其他常规检查(对照组)。然后将两组检出诊断结果与病理检查结果进行对比分析，分析探讨两组检出的准确性。结果：胶囊镜组的检出率(83.33%)显著高于对照组的检出率(13.33%)(P<0.05)。结论：胶囊镜在不明原因腹痛患者中具有很好的检出率，目前已经成为确诊不明原因腹痛患者的主要方法，对我国治疗不明原因腹痛患者发展具有重要价值。
